So I usually do a split of push-pull-legs 6 days a week. I want to do a full-body sort of thing though to sort of experiment on myself. I have a weight cage that has the cable stuff... so benching, squats, cable flys, cable pulldowns, cable rows... I can basically do whatever. I have all the bars, dumbells, a hex bar and so on and so on. Anybody got a ling I could follow to an everyday full-body workout?
You can look up the ABAB Full Body workout. It’s almost like a push/pull split.
A: Squats/Leg Press, Bench Press, Calves, Triceps, Rows (optional: Lat Raises)
B: Deadlifts/RDLs, Pull-ups/Lat Pulldowns, Shoulder Press, Biceps, Abs (optional: Hip Thrusts)
You can add some novelty exercises (smaller muscle groups like shoulders, traps, forearms, etc) here and there as you see fit. Basically you just wanna take turns doing exercise set A then followed by set B then back to set A, and so on.
Also feel free to modify the stance for each compound movement (e. g. Flat bench press, then add incline bench press etc or sumo deadlift vs regular deadlift, etc.)

Planking exercises the whole body but might not burn massive calories, it’s more for strength and conditioning. Maybe swimming would work.
check out on YouTube, there's plenty and many workout channels by professionals and enthusiasts... I am sure you would be able to find one that suits your specific needs and possibilities
