Im not sure of the fastest way, but lower your carbs, sugar and fat intake. Carbs include breads and cereals and starchy foods like potatoes. Sugar is obvious but a lot of packaged foods still have sugar in it. Its actually surprising how nearly all packaged have added sugar in it. Just check the nutrition label when you buy something. Drain fat from meat and fish is probably a better choice than red meats.

So eat a lot of veg and fruit and you can get the required carbs you need from veg. You dont need sugar at all and fat is usually in your meat or dairy products but is not essential either.

Combine a healthy diet with exercise and you will burn fat quicker than just a diet alone. Cardio exercises which raise the heart rate to an appropriate level over a sustained period are good. So running or swimming or bike riding are examples. Hope this helps.

Increase your water intake. Remove saturated fat and suger from your diet as much as you can almost completely is possible. Cut out all processed food. steer clear of sodas too. Water or tea.
Do not go hungry at all. When hungry graze on as much fruit and veg as you want. Fruit and veg needs to be increase by 3 fold eat as many as 15 portions but more if you want. If your hungry.
Any increased cardiovascular style exercise will all ways help.
If you stick to this diet and a little increased exercise 2mgs a week is easily possible. So 10 weeks and you will achieve your goal

really fast? no such method. stick to the old fashioned diet and exercise, quit rushing, turn it into a lifestyle and ur set. trust me when i say the faster u wanna lose it, the faster you'll gain it back eventually.
