    Why do you want to lose it "fast"? To make it in time for spring break?

    If anything you should just focus on losing it and keeping it off whether or not if it takes a year to get there. It's all clear in hindsight but you should have NEVER been in a position to remove thigh weight. You should have been making proactive decisions for both short and long term. Anyways, okay you want to do something about it now.

    Most people, especially women, set themselves up for failure with this "I have X amount of weight to remove, I want it off fast" mentality. They want quick results with the least amount of effort. After the euphoria of losing a couple pounds of water weight, they get depressed gaining it all back. Then fall into their helpless behaviors and stupid diets.

    If you're trying to change yourself, don't have such vapid goals like transforming in time for spring break.

    "how to lose thigh weight fast"? You've already got your answer. RUN/CYCLE. Look up body types of professional athletes and mimic their training scaled down to your level obviously.

    Run at least 2 to 3 miles three times a week. You're guaranteed to have firm, toned thighs in under 8 weeks.

    Biking for long distances (at least 20km over gravel) helps slim the thigh area. Likewise for long sessions on the ellitoctuxk (~35-45 min) with the resistance amped up.

    Amputation works the best. Otherwise you have to take the time to diet and exercise, and even then it's not guarantee it'll get you the results you want.

    You don't lose one portion of the fat on the body over the other. You have to run and do cardio twice a day for no less than 30 minutes... there's your time frame.
