Hey! I just started a new workout program and there are 2 cardio days as opposed to my usual one.
I can't go to the gym and not do some weight lifting, and I was hoping someone might share with me what weight lifting they do on their cardio days.
I was thinking maybe these might be great days to hit the abs or smaller muscle groups? Suggestions?
