I only ate 700 calories today but I feel full. Should I just keep doing this to lose weight?

It was also a cardio day today. I ran 6 miles. I beat my time from last time I ran too. Before my run I had blueberries, oats, and greek yogurt. Then after I had a kale, spinach, arugula, seeds and whey protein powder smoothie I made. I feel like this is enough for the day. Except before bed I like to have a square of dark chocolate. But people say this is not enough calories even if I am trying to lose weight. But I am full!
