How to lose weight easily for someone with a physical set back?

I want to lose weight since I am short in height and rapidly gaining... I have a trip to Ecuador in July and I want to wear an old bikini, but I am a little too big Lol

Anyway, I have thalassemia which makes me tired very easily and I have trouble keeping up with other people, therefor I don't play sports, and I am too busy to stop by a gym regularly...

What can I do at home with only my yoga mat? I am 5'3 and 150 pounds, please help me out! My goal is 120 pounds
