Your thighs are in proportion with the rest or you. Follow a circuit training plan. Not aerobics. Monitor calorie intake and keep it to 250 below your TDEE.

Aw hun! You're fine! You're a women and we often have thighs and more curves. You aren't large or anything! If you want to change your body somewhat, just workout more, more hardcore or difficult workouts <3
