Lol so basically you are going to want to go with a high fat-low carb diet.
for example
I have trouble eating a lot of the time and a high fat food gives you much more calories needed in the process. I was on an 800 calorie a day diet for about 4 mos just to limit my fat gain as i was recovering from surgery... bad idea. I became incredibly malnourished.. the trick is to pretty much eat a paleo diet, but no sugars. Its known as a keto diet. This diet was developed in the 1920's as a way to treat epilepsy and is still used today as a way to lose weight and those with epilepsy issues. Anyways this is what works for me. Let me know if you need feedback on how its going or whatever.

Sometimes when I am dieting, I tend to Eat like a bird to lose the pounds but Not enough to Fill a nest.
However, the Times I Eat like a Mean Machine, and Over do it a bit, Not pulling on those Reins with some Gains, I fall off the unwelcome wagon.
In any event, other than that, I eat pretty healthy, many times watch what I put in my mouth and Maintain my good Weight by Eating Just Right the 'Right' amount of Calories.

When I've counted calories, no, I never had trouble meeting my caloric requirements for any given day. Of course, I'm only 5'0 and wasn't extremely active (like hours in the gym each day), so my limit wasn't that high either.

I count macros. But i also don't eat a lot of things including meat, gluten items and dairy products. Puts me at a huge disadvantage.
When I diet? Heck yeah.. I always under eat which is why I can't lose weight like I want to. So I keep gaining more 😫
there's a difference between metting my healthy calorie intake and the unhealthy one sometimes i eat a small breakfast because i don't have time and sometimes ill pig out its just important to meal prep
I always try my best to meet my goals, right now I'm bulking up and it gets hard stuffing myself with food by dammit I always find a way to get it done
protein shakes
No I really don't like taking weight gain protein shakes, they have a lot of shit that's not so good for your body. Plus I'm doing a lean bulk cuz I don't wanna get all chubby lol I'm only at a caloric surplus of 200 calories
I have to diligently eat a lot of food and then some in order not to lose weight. Working out and building muscle helps me sustain my weight though.
I have a really high metabolism so I can burn anything I eat just sitting in class. When I exercise it is hard to keep eating enough calories so that I don't loose what little weight. Being skinny is harder than people think.
Between a high metabolism and a very active job I have to consume a shitload of calories just to maintain weight.
