    I work something in every day, it is a way for me to feel good so it comes quite easily. My main exercise consists of muay thai three times a week, often paired with some at-home shadow boxing or hitting the sack for a while. I am also forced to run a yearly terrain-marathon with my siblings and their SOs due to family tradition which means that I tend to go running at least once or twice a week. Mostly on mountain-paths.

    Honestly it doesn't take many hours each week and it keeps me full of energy and happy with myself.

    I do 100 push ups, 100 pull ups, 100 ab crunches and 100 squats when I wake up.

    On alternate nights I run for about 2 miles.

    I do weight training when I have time for the gym like 2 or 3 times a week.

    Plus in the summer I shred the skatepark.

      Morning routine takes 10 minutes. Plus I've done it for that long it's literally just habit now - I have to exercise a bit to fully wake up anyway.

      My runs usually take about 20-30 minutes. Again, I can do it easily by now.

      Gym takes the longest, but I hit the gym with buddies so it's like chilling with friends, but getting shredded at the same time. :D

      It's not a huge time committment, really. I know dudes who train for hours a day - compared to some full-scale gym rats I'm lazy as fuck with my training. :D

    Every day. I'm a varsity track & field athlete so I have to. I run (sprints & hurdles) six days a week. I also lift weights about three days a week during off season, but only once during track season. On Sundays during off season I lift a lot but during track season I'll just do a core workout and some lighter weight arm workouts.

    I do strength training exercises with some cardio. I walk a lot at work (6 miles/day) so I consider that my cardio. I do jumping jacks (a form of cardio) during my strength workouts but mostly it's just walking until it dries up a bit so I can go run.

    A lot! Just started a new training program at the gym. Which is only a couple of days a week so it works in with my hockey schedule! I pretty much do something at least 5 days a week!

    Three to four times a week.
    One training is a fitless fraining with a broad mix of exercises. It takes 2 hours at least.
    The others are 30-40 min on the home trainer, followed by some exercises with and without weights.
    And when I like it and the weather is fine, I like to do some hiking to relax me :D
    For you it will be soccer training sessions I guess?

    My routine mostly consists of cardiovascular training and weights. So like running in treadmill and weights like bench press and ab-cruncher and stuff like that.

    I usually try to go 5 days a week with Wednesday and Sundays off to rest my body haha

      @BarbaraP nope, some bigger gyms have parkour obstacle courses where you can do it, if you fall its onto a rubber floor. You can take lessons but I've got a friend who does it seriously so he showed me the basics. After that its just balance and intuition really.

    I exersice as aften as i can, 2-3-4-5 times per week according to how my school schedule looks like. I train a different upper body part every time i go to the gym. Shoulders, arms or chest. I do abs workout at home every 2-3 days and I will begin running and diet in April so I have a good body till summer.

    3-4 times a week. I used to do cardio, but I have now started doing HIIT which is helping me lose fat more quickly. I also incorporate butt workouts too. I use workout DVD's or workout to 'FitnessBlender' on YouTube to do this as I do not have the time or money for a gym membership. I find working out from home to be effective for me.

    I do muscle and strength building exercises 3 times a week at the gym. weights, machines, squats, lunges and all that good stuff. I'm still need to incorporate some cardio beyond my toddler but I'm always sore!

    Sometimes I only get 5 days in. When that happens I cut a cardio day.

    I try for 4 days a week. I do strength/weight training and a little cardio. I don't do as much cardio because I jog with my dog every day for about 45 minutes to a hour.

    I do light, maintenance exercises 5 days a week. My heavy workout day is on Saturday and I do squats, calf raises, elevated push ups, tricep dips, and pull ups with various grip positions.

    For the past couple of months I've been trying to be more active.

    Right now I run 3 times a week, do some light workouts at home twice a week and practice Krav Magá once a week.
