+1 yI work something in every day, it is a way for me to feel good so it comes quite easily. My main exercise consists of muay thai three times a week, often paired with some at-home shadow boxing or hitting the sack for a while. I am also forced to run a yearly terrain-marathon with my siblings and their SOs due to family tradition which means that I tend to go running at least once or twice a week. Mostly on mountain-paths.

On alternate nights I run for about 2 miles.
I do weight training when I have time for the gym like 2 or 3 times a week.

Morning routine takes 10 minutes. Plus I've done it for that long it's literally just habit now - I have to exercise a bit to fully wake up anyway.
My runs usually take about 20-30 minutes. Again, I can do it easily by now.
Gym takes the longest, but I hit the gym with buddies so it's like chilling with friends, but getting shredded at the same time. :D
It's not a huge time committment, really. I know dudes who train for hours a day - compared to some full-scale gym rats I'm lazy as fuck with my training. :D - +1 y

I also lift weights about three days a week during off season, but only once during track season. On Sundays during off season I lift a lot but during track season I'll just do a core workout and some lighter weight arm workouts.

The others are 30-40 min on the home trainer, followed by some exercises with and without weights.

I exersice as aften as i can, 2-3-4-5 times per week according to how my school schedule looks like. I train a different upper body part every time i go to the gym. Shoulders, arms or chest. I do abs workout at home every 2-3 days and I will begin running and diet in April so I have a good body till summer.

I use workout DVD's or workout to 'FitnessBlender' on YouTube to do this as I do not have the time or money for a gym membership. I find working out from home to be effective for me.
