Can I lose weight if I always give up after 20 mins in a workout?

so I try to work out 5 days a week and I do exercise that are an hour, but I always stop at 20 mins, it's been 5 weeks and I don't see any weight loss. My eating habits are getting better, does being active more efficient than eating better when it comes to losing weight. Any tips how I can go the full length of the exercise would be greatly appreciated.
