Current: 75kg
Goal: 55kg
Clea up your diet I did that and I lost about 20kg over the year. I didn't have an exercise routine put in place I just attended my team training sessions. Be organised what do you want? When where and how will you exercise? Set small goals. How much do you wanna lose per week? Have a cardio and muscular endurance routine. Ie Swimming (cardio) and Doing squats pushups Russian twists etc as your muscular endurance. Dont focus on building muscle just yet. Lay off the protein powder and eat protein rich food instead. cleaning up what you eat isn't a diet it's a way of living. I stopped drinking fizzy drinks now I have a caffeine and fizzy drink intolerance. Don't snack either you can eat quite a lot through snacking. To start you off you can use fitnessmypal. It gives you a calorie goal and tells you your requirements for fat sugar mineral intake etc. If you add in your recpies and how many they serve they'll analyse it for you telling you what is actually in each serving they also have a barcode scanner so you can see what's in the food you're eating. You can track your progress. My cousin uses work outs for women as part of her work out routine. I joined joined once and it's not as intensive for me but it was good fun and I did get that nice muscle ache once we finished everything
Depends how bad you want to lose it. You could pull a ghandi and drop 40 pounds pretty quick.
If you want to only lose fat and makes sure you keep it off, you have to make a lifestyle change. Quit drinking all the sugary juice, tea, and soda, and just drink water with every meal. Thats what i did to lose about 10 pounds over the winter. Now its a habit and i mostly just drink water. I can actually taste more of what im eating.
If you want to lose faster drink water AND cut out all bread. Eat a lean steak and some veggies instead of a burger with buns and fries. Instead of a sandwich with bread make deli rolls with the lunch meat and just eat the middle of the sandwich.
You're not gonna do it until losing weight is important enough to you. So if you really want it, make your entire life revolve around it until you accomplish your goal. Wake and ask yourself every morning "how am i going to cut calories today?" Then just fucking DO IT!!!

I didn't vote because my answer isn't there. These sort of things depend on a very wide variety of things. It's all very complex too. A friend of mine lost 16 kgs in almost 2 months. And another friend of mine who's been 'trying' to lose weight has lost absolutely nothing in 3 weeks.
I would say it depends on how well you do the weight loss regime. If you want tips start by reducing your sugar intake (artificial) to 0 and natural to only for breakfast. There are hundreds of other things but try this and you'll see the difference in only a week.
Probably a long time. About a half a kilo a week is pretty standard weight loss, so it'll take you 40 weeks (~10 months) to lose that much. You might lose weight a little bit faster at the start though.

In my early-mid 30s, I gained nearly 50 lbs in a little over 2 years. When I decided to attempt regaining my sexy figure back soon after I turned 40, I lost 30 pounds in 3 months just by engaging in exercises alone without changing my diet at all. Unfortunately, I hit a "plateau" after that and struggled for way more than a year to lose another 10 pounds while employing a stricter diet to my usual exercises-only routine. Despite that 40-lb total weight reduction, I didn't feel happy sacrificing my cravings for delicious foods & beverages. I screwed holding back my appetite because I love partying & feasting. I'm kinda happy where I am now in my weight. So, in order to avoid gaining any back while enjoying my indulgences, I just increased my workout periods and added more exercises.
It depends on your diet and exercise regime. It took me roughly a 1-1.5 years to lose that much?
But keep in mind I didn't follow any fad diets: I just exercised and ate smaller portions.
You're young, so your metabolism is probably much faster, so it shouldn't take you more than a few months if you're dedicated.
Should be at least a year to lose the weight in a healthy and permanent way.
I voted 7 to 12 months but I think it should be 12 months and more.
The point is to alter your lifestyle and maintain it.
Not loose a lot of weight fast and then regaining it.
The healthy and fast enough pace would be 1 kg per week. So 20 weeks, or probably a bit more, like 24 weeks, woukd be ideal. You just have to stick to the right caloric deficit.
It depends on how much effort you put in but don't try to go faster than 1kg a week. it would be bad for your body.
Approximately 10 months! Where the person loses half a kilo every week.. the slower it comes off, the longer you'll keep the weight off!
Depends on a lot of factors.
Genetics.
Lifestyle.
Stressed metabolism or not stressed.
Nutrition habits.
Sleep habits
Drinking habits.
Physical habits.
Mental health.
Health in general.
Normally 0,5 kg a week is a healthy goal to aim for.
Un till a certain body fat ratio then does it take a lot more time to lose the same amount.
Just don't focus on weight since it doesn't give the right measurement tool to loose fat reserves.
Just don't go to low since that usually creates other problems. especially for female's in their reproductive age.
Hormonal unbalance.
Mental issues.
Reproductive distance.
Sexual dysfunction.
Probably close to 6 months... up to a year
considering your exercise is around 4-5 times a week, and diet on point
It depends on the caloric deficit. Make sure you're getting enough nutrients, but are burning more calories than consuming them. No one can give an exact date. It really depends on how fast you're losing calories.
3 months for your age. But a lot of discipline and calorie restrictions
Over 6 months especially with that starting weight.
depends on your workout our u doing intense or no and for how long
It depends on how hard you work and your lifestyle, but it will take a while.
Took me 22 weeks to lose 20kilos last year.
Completely Depends on your current body fat.
Healthily 3 months unhealthy 3 weeks
Depends on many things.
It depends in how you're trying to list the weight
