Is medical marijuana just as good as the marijuana on the street?

I have a medical card, I'm actually going to the dispensary later today👍 It's generally better, I've found. They have specialized strains for certain effects, and the cannabinoids are tested for and the percentages are broken down on the menu and the label. THC/CBG/CBD/CBN numbers, and then a TAC (total active cannabinoids) percentage. They have some really cool strains. I'm getting Bruce Banner #3 today👌

some it but on the street you dont know what your getting. some different strains are batter suited for different aliments.
most street marijuana has high THC because everyone want to get stoned but there are some medical marijuana that is low THC high CBD which is good for other things like epilepsy with out getting you high.

Not always. You can get medical marijuana that has no thc in it so you don't get high but you still get the pain relief. I think it's only available in oil form though

Of course the weed is better medical grade. Of course I've had great street weed but street weed is very unpredictable.

Plus a dispensary has more variety over a street dealer.

It has higher concentrations of the medical stuff and probably less Thc. Meaning u won't get as high

And don't go abusing medical marijuana.
