i used to get really bad stress/tension headaches (which is what it sounds like you get). my mom would gently massage peppermint oil on my temples (that soft spot above your jaw next to the outside of your eyebrow). it used to relieve some of the headache. now i just take ibuprofen when i have headaches. i have way too much to do to let them slow me down haha

Assuming its bad, get more rest and lots lots lots of sleep at night. Sometimes the body needs it and sometimes it doesn't.
Relieve stress then, there are ways to release stress that doesn't involve drinking, partying or drugs.
Add 2 teaspoons of powdered cinnamon to 1 ½ cup of milk and boil it for one or two minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey, mix and stir it thoroughly and drink it twice a day
