rest, good food, water, peace of mind keeps meds/doctors away. 😊❤️

0,2mg Buprenorphin or 80mg Tramadol. Buprenorphin is better because it works under 5 minutes

I find a hot shower usually helps I try not to take ibuprofen unless it's a bad.

The only thing that works for me is excedrine migraine pain relief. I get really bad migraines that debilitates me.
