How can I loose weight?


Okay so I posted a question and a pic of me similar to this before but all I got where really rude comments from some people that made me feel even worse about myself, so before you say something rude please at least consider how you would feel if someone said it to you! I mean I want an honest answer but you don't have to be rude about it, the only reason I'm even asking/ asked was because I wanted help not to make me feel like shit or more worse. But anyways here's a pic of me I do go to the gym 3 times a week and I do treadmill and weights. I do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes. Anyways how can I loose weight? What should I be eating? What should I be doing? What workouts should I do?
