Sinus, and headache?

Is it normal to have sinus issues, but not a cough or sore throat? The only thing I had was a stuffy nose, and headache with slight dizziness. The mucus wasn't really even abnormal. It seriously looked like regular mucus.

Yes, cough and sore throat won't give you sinus problems. Stuffy nose does which you have so it's normal. Just try to unclog your nose. Inhale steam if you can to relieve it. Sinus pain without a clogged nose could indicate infection (which I don't think you have)

That's normal and you should see your Dr because you might have a sinus infection
