I don't know the answer to your question. But I'm really impressed you wrote the phrase "eating more healthily." You correctly used an adverb (healthily) to modify a verb (eating), while most people today would have written "eating more healthy." (Using an adjective to modify a verb.) Respect. :)

Your weight fluctuates by several pounds at different points in the day. Don't worry about weight bodyfat % is where it's at.
This happens. It's normal. You're gaining muscle, which is denser than fat. As you continue with your weight loss, the scale will go back down. You need increased muscle mass to lose weight effectively. So it looks like you've gained, but you probably haven't.
Muscle weighs more than fat. You may be just building muscle. Try judging your progress without the scale :)

go by how your clothes fit, not the scale.
that number will continue to fuck with you mentallyhow much is the scale going up? are you weighing yourself first thing in the morning, before you have anything to eat or drink? a few pound variation +/- is to be expected.
Because the healthy food you're putting in your body tends to turn into muscle mass. Junk food turns into fat mass. Muscle weighs more.
Fitness is more than just the number on the scale. Are you having to do your belt up tighter? Are your clothes feeling looser?
You're developing muscle, which weighs more than fat :)
muscle weighs more then fat, also water weight maybe part of the equation.
