Most likely you will feel better, sleep better, and live a longer and more physically functional life. Lower calorie food may not taste quite as good but it can be really satisfying. I enjoy knowing I eat food that's are good for my body and health.

Do you want to be a fat slob? Do you want people to mutter and look at you with disgust? Do you want to be treated differently just because you're overweight?
If you said no to all of that then you better lose weight!What make you fat is refined sugars. Being fat is a punishment so you gotta cut all sweets and fast food. Exercise and proper diet is the way to lose weight. If you don't want to do a lot of cardio and eat your veggies, enjoy the fat life.
You will feel great once you start and feel more energetic. And you can buy some new clothes. All girls love clothes shopping right? 😛
