I really don't need to but being leaner is always something I value. However, recently I've been more focused on glycogen stats than getting lean. But now I'm going to actually get leaner around 10% or less by the end of this month or early next month so that I can resume my glycogen & calorie varying tests while having more headroom.
Nah, been there, done that. I lost half my body weight many years ago, and I weigh even less now. If anything I could put on a few pounds.
