My girlfriend has a fast heart rate?

I measured her heart rate with my head on her chest when she wasn't expecting me to count the beats, and her heart was 137 bpm which is kinda high, she won't go to the doctors, I know she has anxiety/panic attacks do you think that could be why it's so fast?

If she cares about her life she will go to the doctor. She could end up having a heart attack or stroke and ruin her life. She could end up being a zombie and not be able to feed herself, wash herself, or go to the toilet herself. She needs to get to a doctor and find out what's going on. It needs to be taken seriously.

Your job is to talk her into going to the doctor without scaring the crap out of her and making it worse. But one way or another she needs to go.

If her resting heart rate is that high then she should definitely get her heart checked. That's really high.. Maybe her heart rate went up because you two were intimate with each other?

Mine is at 90 bpm, and I know that's above average already.

I'm not sure on her resting heart rate, but I have asked her before if it always beats that fast, & she just says mostly but not always. But she does have high blood pressure 148/90

I have anxiety and yeah, it can lead to a high heart rate and high blood pressure and all that kind of stuff. It's best to go to the doctor and talk about it if there's any concern.
