If you're not allowed to make noise it might be hard... could you maybe go outside?
Anyway, I would recommend a little cardio and then some ab workouts.
Make sure you're eating right as well. If you want a flat stomach you can't just workout. Working out is only getting you there halfway. Eat right (consistently) and hydrate often.

Does it have to be inside? Marching in place if so. Push ups. Crunches..
Go for runs or walks around the neighborhood. This would make no noise for your mom to complain about and you could make it as long or short as you wanted based on how much time you had for that day. Also, getting fresh air would help you focus on the homework and the other things that you have going on.
My answer is burpees, but it's a ton of jumping around lol
