Excercise routine?

I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm trying to find a good fat burning workout routine. I would prefer one that doesn't involve too much jumping around because my Mam always says that I'm making a lot of noise. I also need one that's not too long because I always get a lot of homework and don't have a lot of time. Any ideas? My stomach would be where I want to loose weight the most. Thanks!
