Any weight loss success stories?

I used to weigh double what I do now 8 years ago. The weight I lost happened in a little less than 6 months.

What happened? I had my tonsils removed and could only eat popsicles (which was STILL painful to eat) for about 2-3 weeks.

My calorie intake was maybe around 500 a day; and I easily lost about 40lbs in those 2-3 weeks. After that, people started asking me to do things with them outside.
If I wasn't at the pool from 9am-8pm; I was playing basketball, volleyball, etc.

Now, keep in mind, I would forget to eat for a day or two at a time. Literally, I would be so tired from the day I'd forget to eat.

I don't know if this qualifies as a weight loss success story since I still have a long way to go, but I used to be 195 lbs and now I am 175 lbs. lmao

I used to weigh 90 kilos... Then I got a haircut... I'm sure I shed a couple of miligrammes

I user to weight 61 kg went down to 47 in just less than 2 months.

I worked out twice a day, drink at least 4 liters of water and few glasses of coffee. The only thing i ate was apple, only 1 apple a day.

Yeah... I was walking back home from school then I dropped down my school bag.. That bag weighed so heavy.
