Car accident and chest pains but no money like not even a penny seriously or insurance what do I do?

My. friend was driving crazy going like 60 on the street she hit a truck with me as the passenger I kust got home my leg. is super sore I got a couple cuts and scratches and chest pains how. scared should I be what do. I do I have no money or insurance what will happen if I decide not to go to the docter

A hospital is required by law (at least in the US) to treat you for a medical emergency whether you have insurance or not, and whether or not you can pay upfront. Or even afford a deductible. If your friend's car is insured, her insurance is required to pay at least a portion of your bill, since you were injured as a passenger. Also, she is going to face charges eventually for leaving the scene of an accident. So that is not your responsibility, and should be the least of your worries. Hope you are okay, and that you feel better soon.

you could die if you don't go to the ER you need to see a doctor if you are in need of help they have to help if you have to make payment arrangements but go and get help I think you should go now

I called my mom she said shell have to take me but what about the police will I get in trouble for not staying after the accident even though I was just a passenger some strangers saw me and took me home becore the cops came the girl I knew took off with her car but got caught I think the car wouldn't go very fast

Go to a local ER. Doesn't your friend have car insurance?
