A hospital is required by law (at least in the US) to treat you for a medical emergency whether you have insurance or not, and whether or not you can pay upfront. Or even afford a deductible. If your friend's car is insured, her insurance is required to pay at least a portion of your bill, since you were injured as a passenger. Also, she is going to face charges eventually for leaving the scene of an accident. So that is not your responsibility, and should be the least of your worries. Hope you are okay, and that you feel better soon.

And... that's why I love the soci, al security in my country... anyway it sounds a bit serious, I would go to the doctors and get checked, but I'm not sure how it works there, but do everything you can to go

you could die if you don't go to the ER you need to see a doctor if you are in need of help they have to help if you have to make payment arrangements but go and get help I think you should go now
