If you can.. I think you should get to about 170.. With time.. Dont go too fast.. But you look good already.. You have healthy and sexy proportions so you are good. Im on the other end , trying to get to about 190 -200 pounds.. Im 6"2 male
im looking to get a tinier waist and thinner legs.
You already have good proportions but if you want sure go ahead. Do some resistance/weight training too along cardio so you get to keep muscle tone while cutting down fat. Seriously though, if you get any smaller waist you will drive the boys crazy ;-)
Ideally you should aim to be around the 140lb mark
