Definitely get some sleep. You're not helping my staring more at bright screens and wearing your eyes out. Don't rub them because that irritates eyes more. Keep using the drops as well.

Drink a shit ton of water dude. Accutane dries the shit out of your skin and eyes. I had to drink like a gallon a day on that stuff.
