Do not exercise. Your body should be fully attentive to whatever issue you have going on with your body. Working out will make your body focus on things that aren't as important.
If you want quicker recovery then eat well and rest and I reccomend looking into fasting beause this can help with your condition too believe it or not.

definitely need to rest this one. i hope u ended up resting. dont overwork. very dangerous.

No rest. Your muscles can't develop if they are being worked when they aren't even fully rested. If it persists then do light workouts.
It won't kill you to take a day off.
