im 17 and 116.4 pounds and I want to gain muscle. I want to have an amazingly ripped body, but my body prevents me from doing so. If I eat too much each day my stomach gets upset and its irratating when that happens and I've only eaten about 1,500 calories that day. I've been reading about getting a bunch of protein in my diet and at the same time getting a bunch of calories in my diet, but I don't know if it will workout. I try to workout every other day and I would say I'm pretty tonned for a guy my size, but I'm not big. Please help me. I want to be able to run down the school halls with my shirt off on the last day of my senior year and the last day of my junior year is coming next week so please could anyone help with advice? Much appreciated!
