What ate the nature of the scars. If the ate natural accidental scars, no, because these things happen and are not likely due to a genetic defect.
If the svars are due to "cutting", then, yes, that's a deal breaker because that illustrates a person who, at minimum, succumbs to peer pressure, does not have a strong personality, is not a good thinker, and may possibly be genetically defective. Why would I want to have children or relationship with such a person?
No, scars add character. It's far from being a deal breaker.
Not from my experience.
I have 2 small scars (maybe 1/2") on my lower abdomen from a procedure years ago (medical, not cosmetic).
A small scar from an iron on my wrist.
A scar on my finger. They closed the trunk on my finger when I was little (long story, but it wasn't intentional).
A scar on my wrist, a LONG but faded scar. No idea where it came from but it's been there for a year now.
I personally love scars, the story that comes with them, everything. Its like we started our bodies as blank canvases and as we grow up we fill jt with scars, stretch marks, tattoos, piercings, etc. i love scars

If that is the deal breaker for someone, then you really need to question how strong their feelings for you are.
