I'm nervous about teaching because I've never done that before and I am quite shy. I don't know if I can do that but I need the job. So it's like do I swallow my fear and take it if it's offered to me on Friday if they give it to me after the second interview? Or not take it even though I really need the money and job.
Is it normal to be afraid of a job opportunity and should I take it if offered the job?

Fear here is completely normal. Every big step in my career felt like this.
A few thoughts from experience:
- Teaching/shyness: Many shy people become excellent teachers. You can learn structure, practice scripts, and start small. Orientation courses are usually repetitive; you’ll improve fast.
- Growth vs. comfort: The roles that scared me most often led to the biggest growth and opportunities.
- Practicality: If you need the job, accept it if offered. You can always reassess later.
If they hire you, say yes, prepare hard, and treat the first few sessions as practice, not perfection.
