Am I doing enough to get a fast er metabolism?

1. I do light exercises every single day. Usually like 10 minutes in the morning, then whatever I feel like doing in the afternoon or night. Yoga or bodyweight exercises

2. I drink 2 cups of iced coffee on a typical day. Big ones, like the ones at Starbucks. Never with sugar and only rarely with milk

3. I sometimes drink tea as well - all kinds.

4. I sleep 6-8 hours a night, mostly close to 6 though...

5. I like spicy Foods. But nothing too spicy, just enough to make me break a little sweat when eating.

6. I smoke. 9-15 cigarettes a day.

7. I now never skip break fast anymore, however, I eat my breakfast quite late, around 10-11 a. m. when I feel hungry.

Are all of these enough to boots my metabolism? Any other ideas?

8. Approximately half of what I drink every day, I drink cold.
