I use to be a size 4 in pants, medium in tops, B cup in bras, and medium in underwear/pajamas. I am now a size 2, small in tops, an A cup, and recently had to order an XS in some items.
I am 5'4 and weigh just around 112lbs. I use to weigh closer to 125-130lbs before the weight loss last year due to stress. I would like to get back to that weight bracket because I felt more confident then. However, I don't want to just eat junk and hope that it sticks to me.
What are healthy ways to gain around 10-20lbs?
