How ridiculous are those articles about obtaining a 'perfect beach body'?

I find them ridiculous too. Like the only people who those articles can realistically help (if the person follows the plan 100 percent). Are the people who only have 10 or less pounds to lose. Anyone with any serious weight issues are going to have to do more than a few sit ups and a breakfast smoothie to lose weight.

The perfect beach body is personal. The fact that working out and exercising is healthy is not. So sport and be happy with the body it gives you. People who don't like your body shouldn't look at you on the beach :-)

Correct. Fitness centra get the most applications in jan and feb, because people suddely realize their winter fat and they want a miracle to happen to get rid of it.

I think we all have a body type that would suit us best and sometimes it's hard to get to it let alone what it might be like. I think just being healthy and happy with your if enough.

Exactly, it shouldn't be shoved in your face everyday that someone doesn't care for your body even if you look just normal. People are too obsessed with looks
