Agree or disagree? Is every body a bikini body?

The question is badly formulated, I hope, I assume.
Every type of body should be allowed to wear a bikini. Every type of body is allowed to wear whatever they want..
It don't however mean everyone will.. like it, find it attractive or don't have feelings of disgust at sight of it. But other people's emotions and reactions are their problems. If they want to showcase their judgments, that's them being ugly from the inside.
People are human like that. There's no point in insisting certain types of bodies should be limited to wear certain clothes.
There's also no point letting judgmental people control you with their hints at how to feel or react about it.
You do what you do no matter if you have 8 legs and a hairy butt or not.
How about disagree when obese women decide to wear extra small sizes not meant for them and their whole ass hangs out?
I'm admittedly very 'conservative' in terms of my outdoor wear, like my bikinis cover all of my sensitive parts including my entire butt cheeks.
I don't envy women who want to bare all of it to the world, good for them at any size. But it really also makes me uncomfortable seeing a woman of any size with her ass or almost nipples just hanging out there. And I'm attracted to both, so I wonder if men fe the same way.
It isn't really a sexual thing or anything, and it isn't an attractive vs unattractive thing. Its a modesty thing I guess, and un-modesty instantly bothers me and makes me uncomfortable - further if you were a prospective partner I'd be instantly turned off.
I had a BBW friend, and I was having dinner with her and drinks. Somehow bikinis came up, and she said she would never be caught dead in one. I just smiled.
Game on. I went home and spent a week crocheting her a beautiful powder blue bikini. I boxed it, wrapped it up, and took it to her the next time we had dinner at her condo. She about died when she opened her gift. She said there was no way in hell she would ever wear it.
Now, I did do a really crappy job making it, but I did my best. I gave her two choices:
1. Go change into it and let me see.
2. I’ll drive you to the hospital after I kick your ass.
After a few more drinks she put it on. I told her she looked fabulous in it. I’m not trying to take credit for it, but she lost a ton of weight after that.
I voted A.. every body is a bikini body. And not because I find all body types attractive (I don’t), but because all body types are beautiful. I think a woman should be able to wear a bikini if she chooses regardless of the shape of her body. Enough with the body shaming! Whether or not I personally find a certain body type “attractive” or not should not take away from the fact that it is still a beautiful body. What one guy finds incredibly sexy another will not, this should not take away from our understanding that all bodies are beautiful. So ladies, no matter what the shape of your body is, it is beautiful, and if you embrace that enough to feel good wearing a bikini, then you go ahead and rock that two piece!

If you fit in a bikini (what comes in nearly all sizes), well then you have a bikini body to me. Being healthy is some other topic tho
Strong agree. What makes a bikini so sexy to me, even on bodies that wouldn't be featured in the swimsuit edition of sports illustrated is the confidence of the wearer. She is hitting the beach or pool in public in a bikini, you can't deny that takes confidence. Every single woman in that photo looks confident and happy.
Yes! Even for conventionally attractive women it still shows confidence
To each their own. I think self respect also means recognizing that scenarios vary. Being a fat girl in a bikini at the beach with your family may be different than being a fat girl in a two piece at a Las Vegas pool day club, where most of the girls will be pretty fit. That’s just me though.
Tenchically, yes. We can't control what people wear, and companies do make oversize bikinis.
So, yeah every body type can wear a bikini. Would they look good in it? Probably not, but that's subjective; what looks good to me could look like garbage to the next person.
Yea I feel do whatever the hell you want to. It’s more of a personal mindset in my opinion. If you are bigger there will probably be someone who will judge you or whatever. The question is. Do you give a shit.
If you want wear a bikini go for it if you want to wear a freaking Batman suit do that too.
Anyone judging you probably not someone you be hanging out with or talking to ever. So do whatever YOU want.
Some women don’t have a choice about being fat, some others want to be fat so men leave them alone and women can’t see them. Strictly speaking it’s not our or government or Hollywood or any other institution’s place to tell people what to wear so long as the law is satisfied. That doesn’t mean everyone is healthy or attractive it just means they have rights.
The vast majority of humans can effectively change their diet and exercise, and lose weight.
@PatriceONeal so if we’re in agreement what’s the issue?
I dont agree just saying some women can't lose weight. It's vague and gives excuses to people who search for them.
@PatriceONeal If people need to give them selves excuses for their poor choices, that’s neither your nor my fault or problem. People who cling to the liferaft of pathetic excuses need neither of our help to get there.
It is our problem when you choose to be an enabler by proxy...
@PatriceONeal when you learn the difference between some and all we can continue. Until then I wish you the best of luck as I have neither the crayons nor the time to get you up to speed.
When you argue about all and some nobody takes you seriously. Semantics man.
@PatriceONeal yet you keep replying, more than two weeks after the discussion was over. It must still be bothering you enough that you took it seriously🤣
Or I had a life the past two weeks and the internet is forever you absolute clown of a person 🤣
Some people think bikinis are to make you look good and attractive but no! It supposed to fit you and make you comfortable. Plus, bikinis weren't made for some kind of fashion show. It was made to swim. What matters the most is your safety and you feel comfortable in it.
I think anyone skinny or fat can choose to wear a bikini. Even if it's a guy if that's what he likes. Doesn't mean it's going to look good to others. But what's important is how you feel with what you wear.
Personally with being a little fat myself I would never wear a bikini because I don't want people to see my fat. I'd feel self conscious because I'm ashamed of my fat.
So only supermodels or women, who weigh less than 115 lbs be allowed to wear a bikini? What should the rest of women do, wear or burka or just stay away from the beach?
Women don't exist for anyone's entertainment or aesthetic pleasure, they aren't dolls. If anyone has a problem with it, just look elsewhere
Everyone can wear what they want... but at the same time everyone should want to wear whatever makes them look good. If that happens to be bikini then great. If it makes them look worse then... you know they still CAN wear it but they won't be doing themselves any favours. We don't only wear clothes to cover ourselves, but also to make ourselves look as good as possible. There are also different types of bikinis so chances are many body types will find one that suits them.
Sure they can. That doesn't mean everyone will be fine with it, though. This has never been an issue with women; the issue in Current Year is, every woman wants men to kiss their butts for wearing a bikini and call them gorgeous and such just for doing so.
I am on the chubby side and voted A as I love feeling the sunshine on my skin.
I also don't care what people think of my body. But I don't expect anyone to find me sexy in them either.
I would say, not every body is a biking body, but everyone should wear whatever they want. (obviously with the consequences)
Of course.. men rarely think of covering up their not so flattering body (some teens/young and insecure do, though) and simply don't care. That's what everyone is allowed to. Just cover up the genitals if it is not a nude beach, and mind your own business, enjoy the beach/pool :D
In the "Body Acceptance/Positivity" fantasy world, agree every body is.

In the real world, disagree that all are, only some are... lol

@laurieluvsit I love it that that first pic is so aesthetically pleasing!
ooo I wanna nibble that apple bottom
@laurieluvsit
Such a refreshingly open response
…”just because you could, doesn’t mean you should”
Well you can, there's no laws preventing you from doing so. Most people don't like seeing really fat people with little clothes on because it is inherently unpleasing to the eyes. As humans we find signs of health and fertility aesthetically pleasing and signs of poor health are seen as gross.
Yup. Bikini is just a piece of clothing that goes over your body. Doesn't matter what you look like. Clothes are made to fit on your body not your body into the clothes.
Agreed
You can do whatever the hell you want in a free country. If a 300lb obese woman or man wants to wear a bikini suit yourself.
But you can NOT change someone’s internal preferences and personal opinions of what you look like. If someone feels grossed out seeing that then all they have to do is look away. They shouldn’t say anything but you can’t change the fact that other person FEELS uncomfortable.
I have an athletic body by the way. Still have visible abs.
But I don’t go shirtless whenever because at 40 I just don’t feel comfortable doing that. Sometimes it’s okay (at the pool or beach). But I’m not going to walk around shirtless just for the sake of revealing my body and feeling “free”.
It is just type of cloth or perticular name of that kind of dress and every girl in this world can wear it
Bikini never said that please wear me only fit girls. In fact I like most thing which is not perfect basically imperfect thing is new perfect thing for me and chubby girls are looking so sexy killer in bikini ❣️❣️❣️❣️🔥🔥🔥
Yes, from my personal mindset perspective. Everybody should wear they want to. No, from my perspective as man. Appearance of women isn't something neutral for a boy, sometimes are female bodies attractive and sexy and often the entirely opposite, where I wish I had a delete button for short time memories.
I do agree that anybody can wear a bikini, I'm not going to lie. Some people shouldn't but if they want to wear it then more power to them
People who are comfy in their own skin genuinely don’t have the worry of what other people think.
Everybody can wear a bikini if they choose to, don't mean everybody will look good in a bikini🤷🏼♀️
People have the right to wear what they please. I mean I have big boobs and wide hips and a little bit of a tummy and I still wear bikinis
Yeah but just because a Guy would let any girls sit on his face doesn't mean he wants to be in a relationship with them
I'm going to get flack for this, but it depends on the bikini.
If you're rocking a two-piece thong, G-string, Rio, or Brazilian bikini, you better be fit or else you'll look like a train wreck. I've been to the beaches in south Florida and I've encountered toothless hippos attempting to rock skimpy bikinis, and that was traumatizing to see. Anything more modest is fine.
Everyone should be allowed to wear whatever they want.
That being said, everyone should be allowed to have whatever opinions about another's appearance, be it positive, negative or anything in between.
I really don't believe the body should adjust to the fashion.
But, fashion should be made and designed for everyone, of every body type. This way everybody will be bikini compatible, as you asked.
It’s hard to find a one-piece at this point anyway so a bikini is pretty much your only option. They make bikinis for bigger women anyway so, technically, the answer is yes. 😊
Anyone can wear whatever they want to. If someone doesn't like how a woman looks at the beach, they don't have to look at her. People should really learn to mind their business.
I wouldn’t wear something that doesn’t flatter my body. And every girl needs to also choose the right bikini for her according to her body to hide any imperfection and emphasize the good parts.
I think and body can wear a bikini but i do not think everybody should where a bikini its kind of like skinny jeans why do they even make skinny jeans for large people but they do and as long as they do people will wear them
So… I hate loaded questions like this! 😜 it is just a pice of cloth and everyone has the right to wear whatever they want. That being said not everyone should wear bikinis. Like someone else already said it is their choice and if they choose to wear something revealing they do have to reap that cost.
Why not? Rolls of fat don't keep "men" from wearing speedos.
I'm not fat. As ex-military I can outlift some of the men at the local gym. I am just sick and tired of "men" insulting others because they're inferior bullies that don't have balls. That is why they insult others. They do it to make themselves feel special when they're not, they're at the bottom of the male hierarchy (the sort only desperate women or women with no self-respect will have), and they know it.
I voted as I disagree because we have to be realistic not every woman can pull of wearing a bikini,. Dont come and say everyone looks fine because is not true at all. Is not about confidence is about what things looks good on you and I doubt a lady who is chubby or overweight will look nice in a bikini, because deep down is not true at all. Get real is not true
i know the point of a bikini is to go swimming sure it is, but if I feel not comfty wearing a bikini that looks good on me, I dont go swimming period. For instance I never had ever worn a 2 piece swimsuit that means I dont own bikinis at all, just one piece. Because I know a bikini I dont look good on it becuaase I dotn have the body to pull off wearing a bikini that suits me.

No one is going to suggest she shouldn't be allowed to wear a bikini, but if she covered up more it would be better. If you are young and your form is good, a bikini is good form; otherwise, otherwise.
I think if u have a big tummy u need to be high waisted and have some sort of tummy control going on
Freedom wise, everyone is free to wear a bikini and that shouldn't change.
Aesthetically, not everyone can pull off a bikini and I honestly find it digusting seeing an overweight/obese woman in a bikini. I think people should wear the right attire corresponding with their body.
But hey, it's not my life so it's not like I have a say in what someone wears.
I think it's unnecessary. Why did they stop cigarette commercials? So kids don't get the influence to smoke. Promoting obesity acceptance is just as wrong. I used to be chubby in middle school/early high school and that shit isn't cool. I know these fat chicks don't like being fat, they just pretend.
Anyone CAN... is the 'result' attractive?
Depends upon promulgated culture... there ARE places in Polynesia
wherein a woman weighing less than 200 lbs has difficulty finding a husband;
places where males lacking a sizeable 'Dad bod' are considered unsuccessful.
"How can he sustain a family when he can't hunt/fish/farm well ENOUGH to feed himself?"
Anyone can wear a bikini obviously no one should be denied the right to do so.
But not every body is attractive regardless of what standards some people wannna force on the masses (as usual).
Some bodies look bad in a bikini and they can lie to themselves all they like saying otherwise it will never be true.
So no. Not every body is a bikini body.
(Just like not every guy is underwear model material)
i strongly disagree. i think if you're fat, you should dress like it. i think a one piece looks better on fat girls.
yeah but i have yet to see a bikini that makes fat chicks look great.
I agree, with no real reason. I just like to see ladies in bikini or swim suit. But just take a look at the big girl in the middle of the picture. Isn't she beautifully erotic, as are the other ladies? Now, the one piece swim suit of the other girls is in my opinion as lovely erotic. Let the girls choose for themselves I'd say.
I'm going to say if it makes them happy do it
If it makes you feel sexy do it if it makes them smile do it
If a person doesn't like the way they look they don't have to look at them
Girl can be overweight but having agood level of fitness and can look good in a bikini and girls that are skinny and not fit do not look particualrly good in one.
In my opinion, i think everyone deserve to wear a bikinni, i mean.. wouldn't it be weird if someone said
"i only think people with small feet should go sockless!" like why does it matter to you?
I think it their body, their life, their choice and i just hope that they are happy and confident
I mean would you want to see men regardless of their body type. walking around in speedos at the beach or public pool? I'd imagine most people would not enjoy seeing obese men do so.
to to answer your question not all bikini types and/or designs work for all female body types. if she manages to find a style that flatters her body while covering the delicate bits. so she doesn't get arrested for indecent exposure in public then ok wear whatever.
but to answer your question*
This is the best bikini body:
I'm a bbw (300ish pounds). My husband is always encouraging me to wear bikinis. He just loves it so much.
yup and everybody can be a nudist body. We all have the freedom to NOT LOOK if it bothers us, so exercise that right.
People also have the freedom to be bothered by it. So I don't really think thats a valid argument you gave. I think people should teach themselves mentally not to be bothered by it, in the first place.
@TruthBringer True but being offended is a choice, choose not to... or choose to, their choice.
Yup. I honestly cannot imagine how life would be when someone gets offended by the most trivial things. There would be no happiness at all...
Totally agree! If a big girl wants to show it all off, good for her I hope she lets her freak flag fly
I think as long as the bikini fits well its ok. I've been some bigger women in too small of one thinking they look good. Everyone in that pic looks good.
Absolutely anyone can wear whatever they like - doesn't mean everyone needs to find every woman in a bikini attractive or whatnot - but that's the beauty of freedom as it goes both ways :)
Yeah, anyone can wear it regardless of their body type.
That being said, I do think it looks better on some body types than others.
I don't think that every body is a bikini body. But I'm thinking about the extreme cases because they are also a part of this: Skinny People where you can see the bones and overweight people who have problems walking or standing up. Both cases are extreme health issues and the skinny people could trigger others who might think that they need to loose even more weight.
People should love themselves. Their body will carry them through life.
It doesn't mean let themselves go and indulge in whatever makes them feel good like alcohol smoking or binge eating. Being your best self can only lead to an even better bikini body.
I can't go into a bikini, so no. Any body is not a bikini body
Lol. Wouldn't fit down there
Where what you want. Just don't expect every to like. The same goes men as well. Sure everyone guy can wear a banana hammock. But I pretty sure no wants to see a 500+ pound guy wearing one at the beach.
strongly disagree, some women are frightening in a bikini 😳 and all men are even more frightening in a bikini 😝
I'd second that
People can wear what they want. Im not going to lose sleep over it. But some bodies obviously look better in a bikini more so than others to me.
I voted A. All bodies are beautiful! Any girl/woman can wear a bikini if they want to. Any girl/woman would be proud enough to show off her body in public around swimming pools and water parks.
They say pictures speak a thousand words, so the best way I can answer that is:-

You think maybe she'd look better once she's tanned then? :P
