Yes it is. It has the essential minerals and good amount of proteins and fiber.
Depending on your workout plan it maybe enough for you or you may need to take a fast digesting protein first to maximize recovery like a whey protein isolate shake. But generally its a good thing to eat post workout. Its low digestive so i recommend eating it before bed to sustain your blood protein during sleep and by the way its a light meal so you won't feel full before bed.

Yes they're good, I eat one after working out every so often. It has a good amount of protein, moderate carbs, and fats. It helps curve my hunger after a workout, so I can shower off, and cook my next meal
