What foods/exercises do you recommend adding/removing?

I’m not a breakfast person but for my first work break (around 9am) I’ll rotate on days between strawberries, bananas, and pineapples. I’ll consider buying some nuts but I doubt I’ll eat em much. I’ll likely try omelets on the weekends. For lunch (around 12n), I’ll rotate on days between beans, lightly salted tortilla chips/salsa, boiled shrimp and kettle popcorn. For dinner (around 6p), I’ll rotate on days between cabbage, grilled/baked Pork Chops, grilled/baked Chicken Breasts, Corn on the Cob, and Sweet Peas. I’ll try to drink 3-6 bottles of water a day throughout the day. I refuse to drink 9 a day again. I’m an idiot lmao.

For exercises to start off with, I’ll probably do a few yoga stretches in the morning and i’ll likely bike 30 mins to an hour in the afternoons. After a while I want to get back into the gym and walking the track. I’ve also started sleeping a bit early again to get at least 7+ hours of sleep. Are there any foods, exercises or routines you’d recommend based off the above?

Dang im overwhelmed but very thankful for the tips. So today i learned that olive oil does not smell/taste like vinegar 😂 I guess i can start using that instead of canola/vegetable oil. I also need to google what dates and beets look like cause I don't know lol. I learned that corn is my greatest downfall. I've been eating it almost daily for 20+ years. I love it!! I gotta try to quit soda again (or at least 5 days a week lol). I can easily quit rice/bananas/popcorn/pork 💪
