yes, I certainly do. If you're 'prone to leaking', why don't you get a tampon that can handle a heavier flow?
I actually find that working out tends to help alleviate any period-related symptoms I experience (like feeling bloated, back-pain, cramps, etc.) better than Midol does. So I will go just as hard at the gym while I'm on my period, if not harder. It might be a bit tough to pull yourself out there initially but once you get going and producing the happy hormones, it won't be so bad. :)

yes! the reason is you burn twice as many calories when exercising while on your period. prone to leaking? same here! get the DEPO shot (it's birth control). I only got if for my periods because they were so heavy and painful. also, after you work out while on your period you feel so much better, it helps with the pain. :)

It's actually a good thing to work out while you're on your period. I do work out while on my period. It helps my cramps. Just make sure you switch tampoon or pad right before you work out then you shouldn't be worried about leaking.
I go anyway. It relives my pain. You should put two pads while working out if one is not enough or when you think that is full go to the bathroom and change it
i've never been to a gym but the first day and a half is when it can be bad so i'd skip that window

Yes. I don't want to but usually it makes my cramps better after I've worked out. But yes I always WANT to stay in bed for 5 days! Too bad we can't 😉
Definitely not. I'd rather just work out at home when on my period. Although I don't get bad cramps, I do worry about leaking.

Yep! Its really the only thing that actually alleviates my cramps.
