If you've just started to lose weight, don't look at the scale. That's the time when you gain weight if anything. Between water retention and your body adjusting, it won't be like bam weight loss. Just keep at it, wait a month to look at the scale and proceed. 2lbs a week is very aggressive though, you might wanna back that down

I think you'll make it! But sidenote you should try this program called cize! It's a dance workout that's super fun and it works incredibly. I'm always super skeptical about stuff like that but I've only done it for about a week and the results are insane. Just thought I'd let you know! :)
