So i know this may sound dumb, but I get really paranoid about these things because more then anything I want to lose weight and so far I'm doing great except for the past three days, since Tuesday. I know it's only Thursday but I also know that my goal and the way I eat my calories and exercise I should lose 2 pounds per week. Since Tuesday I've only lost.2 pounds. Is this healthy? Will I make my two pounds by the end of the week? (The end of the week for me will be Tuesday.)
