-Avoid anything that may contain caffeine, like coffee obviously, tea, coca cola, chocolate.
-Don't use your cell phone and your laptop.
-Sleep in a cool/ cold and dark room.
-Write in a paper anything that bothers you, so that you take it off your mind.
-Get naked or wear loose clothes that don't constict your body.
-Drink chamomile tea to relax.
-Don't overeat before sleep.
They say milk makes you sleepy. Maybe you should go serve yourself a glass if it works for you.
Also, please have yourself diagnosed by a health professional so you would be put into medication as soon as today. That sounds not normal to me at all and it's alarming as well.
No I didn't mean to scare you :( I honestly don't know how bad it would be since I'm not a doctor or something lol but I do know it's very unhealthy for you (should I say for all of us, maybe?) to sleep late at night and go for days without sleep since you're a developing adult (me too lmao). You have lost most hours for your growth that are supposed to take action at your hours of slumber.
i saw a article about if you can' sleep, they said just boil some bananas and them drink it or eat them and then you will fall asleep very quickly

try reading a really boring book and concentrate on it, it'll make you really sleepy. Or try doing math, that always puts me right to sleep. I mean you must be tired already, so if you try to put your brain to work, you're sure to fall asleep. Masturbation helps sometimes. Or having a shot of something.
Just go earlier to sleep (around 10pm and 00 should be ok) and try to be less on your computer/phone close to your sleeping time. You can also try some exercising a few hours before you go to sleep. Also drinking green tea/camomill tea might help.
If non of these helps, go to the doctor! It is never healthy to not be able to sleep...

Okay, that really doesn't help but if there are any distractions around try to get rid of them, make sure you are in deep darkness and then you can try sleeping.
If you are still having problems falling asleep, you can talk to your parents about it or ask your doctor.
Maybe try one of these
- turn all the lights off. Maybe left one yellow light (a small one). That's one is good for sleeping.
- don't surf the internet on your smartphone before you go to bed,

Take a book and try reading it, lessen your use of the computer/phone and don't watch TV a lot. Drink some hot tea to relax and listen to calming music. If nothing if those tricks work then you need to go to a doctor.
I don't sleep for a day and I faint. Try to take medicine or do yoga things or asmr that's work sometime
Do some sports. Yesterday I ran 5 miles and I fell asleep right after that.
