I am currently around 126lbs, 168cm and I am finding my body fat is not coming off fast enough. I barely eat anything which is fine as I have no hunger pangs, cravings and I function nomally, including periods of not eating at all. I exercise a lot at the gym, HIIT, piloxing, metafit, fat burn, abs classes etc and have a suspension trainer and weights at home I use daily. My body is in ketosis yet I don't seem to be losing fat at a rate I should all things considered. Now starvation mode as far as stalling things except for ever so slightly is a myth so no comments like that. I'm looking for some genuine suggestions of what more could be done? I'm currently at 19.5% body fat and want to lower that to 12%
