Call me crazy but I love spending a lot of time on the elliptical. I'm usually on it just short of an hour, and would spend longer if I didn't have so many other things to do with my time. I also find that it helps minimize any other things like backpain/bloating that I'd usually otherwise get a week or so before my period.

I love swimming. I've never been a great runner. Once or twice a week I do a cardio class.
It goes, bench>bent over row>squat>deadlift
You can imagine why my least favorite exercise is the deadlift...
Weightlifting.
Also sports. I do BJJ which is a combative sport along with being a martial art.
