So, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. and im a pretty active person.
I'm 5'7" and currently about 131 lbs.
But thats the weird part. I've been going about 2 years now. But I was 120 lbs when I started. And stayed that way for a year and a half... well, with about a 4 lb variable.
But recently, like in the last 5 months I've put on a steady 8 lbs.
And my diet hasn't changed, and my workout routine isn't really any more intense. I can tell im getting in better shape, but I haven't intensified it much. But I've gotten the weight.
I dont look fatter. All my clothes still fit fine, if not filled out better. (My butt starts higher than it used to;) hahah).
But, it doesn't look like I have more muscle either really.
Would a mildly added intensity boost me up that much?
