I know it's fattening but if it's under 1400 to 1600 calories it's fine right?

I had an apple for breakfast and then I had like half of spaghetti and lasagna for lunch and the leftovers I will be having for dinner. It's all vegetarian. I won't be gymming today but I will be working out tomorrow.
I know it's fattening but if it's under 1400 to 1600 calories it's fine right?
