Everybody is different. I recently developed adult acne. I have tried for the last 5 months to cure it naturally, my diet has never been to bad... lots of vegies and water but I did avoid dairy. Even home remedy skincare but unfortunately it hasn't worked. After being on meds for almost two weeks it is finally clearing up. First two days of being on meds my skin got worse... so many more came out, I guess it was bringing it all out first. I've also switched to topical treatments too. Murad acne skincare range is awesome but I'm not sure if you can get it where you are. I have quite sensitive skin too but I have found it isn't too harsh/drying at all. They say it takes a month for your body to bring nasties out. Drink 2litres of water a day. I also take omega 3, zinc, vitamin A supplements... all meant to be good for the skin. Whatever you do, don't pick them. Increases chances of scarring. Wish you luck!!

I am lucky and I have never had really bad acne, but I have friends who do. I went to a beauty seminar recently that said that using used tea bags as an exfoliator uses the same natural purifiers found in fruits and herbs that clean your immune system to help your pores become unclogged, thus reducing acne. I recommend Earl Grey Tea, or one that is kind of bitter. I understand the benefits of natural acne relief, but sometimes the easiest option is to us light strength acne medication. If you have mild acne, simple and cheap pharmacy brand acne medication will do wonders. However, if you have really heavy acne, sometimes you just have to suck it up and go buy prescription strength acne medication. Brands like proactiv are expensive, but I got it for my Birthday (kind of a backhanded gift -_-) but now my skin is super clear. I hope that this helped!
There are certain light therapies in which certain wavelengths of light will kill certain acne bacteria.

Also Google "blue light therapy".

Depends what u mean by naturally but you can start with changing your diet. Try to avoid eating dairy as much as you can, also avoid eating red meat, both the milk and red meat have added hormones that may be causing you to break out. Stop wearing make up for a little while, or change your make up because it can be causing u to breakout too
Use organic products. My face wash is from lush and it's helped my skin a lot. Stuff with a lot of chemicals in it actually strips your skin of natural oils (which you need to prevent acne), so stick to natural products. Also, jojoba oil helped my acne a lot. Use a drop or two after you use your normal face cream.
1) Silicone-free shampoos and conditioners
2) Cutting out inflammatory foods (biggest culprits are often dairy and eggs)Tea tree oil, but you'd need to dilute it with water. Concentrated tea tree oil can irritate the shit out of your skin.
Cut down on dairy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables! Drink plenty of water and maybe invest in a natural, organic face wash or something.
Steam makes your skin greasy. There aren't any natural remedies that aren't just bullshit. You need to see a dermatologist if you've got acne, not some stupid bint blogging about beauty tips.
Everyone's skin is different. I've tried natural remedies and they never worked for me and actually made my acne worse. I finally went to a dermatologist and had treatment. Now I'm 6 months acne free with clear skin. Couldn't be happier.
Do what everyone has already said, but also make sure to moisturize. A lot. It seems counterintuitive, but the more you cry our your acne (benzoyl peroxide, lemon, tea tree oil, etc), the more your skin will try to produce oils to compensate. If you dry out your acne, make sure to moisturize. There's no such thing as too much moisturizer. I learned this the hard way!
