Excersize helps. Eat faster so by the time your brain knows you're full you've already expanded your stomach. I always feel hungry lol

You are definitely heavier than lighter. Only gain weight as muscle not as fat. Just start working out. You will see that when you work out your body requires food and wants it. But NEVER force yourself to eat.

Muscle weighs more than fat, 180 is about average for a man. I'm 6'5" 230 and I'm not fat. Besides in general guys want to be bigger and girls want to be smaller :D
