The question is weird but let me explain.
I've been making better nutritional choices this last month. So now and I've been tracking my macros and doing my best to stick to a weekly deficit.
How do you mentally pass this stage of not craving anything anymore?
My question may seem weird but, really it's as if my brain isn't understanding the changes happening. Also, because I've always had the habit of eating junk food on the weekends, I feel like something is missing for it to feel complete. I feel like I should force myself or I'll fall off the wagon.
Has anyone lived this already?
And how do you end a week where you're in deficit?
I'm on a daily 1499 calorie deficit and this week due to low appetite I'm missing 5423 calories to reach my weekly goal (note : I did a bit of sports this week so the missing calories are correct)
Anyhow, Is it possible to eat all this in two days and lose body fat, I'm scared I'll retain everything.
Thanks for any helpful answers !

I have the same issue, although my calorie intake is wayyyyy lower and has chronically effected me. I’m very active but have always struggled with eating enough. I usually only eat one meal a day at around 5pm and a few snacks in between. Consequently, I get extremely dizzy during workouts and don’t have the endurance I would if I ate enough.
Anyway, I started just simply substituting with shakes. It was my best option. I was not able to meet my protein goal, but I have been able to recently because I’ve been regularly eating 25g protein yogurt day and night. It’s been a lifesaver and am hitting 50g of protein on top of my high protein meal. I’d start with that if you haven’t already. I’d also look up professional advice on this, a lot of people struggle with this chronically.
I honestly wouldn’t try bulking this in 2 days. Look up some advice on it and see what it says from professionals…or some redditor from 7 years ago in most cases lol.
Well thanks a lot for your reply. I don't tend to force myself to eat because I feel nauseous after and plus of the guilt. I used to talk to a dietician but there was a time I felt I needed to do the work alone (maybe not so much today but at the time it felt like a good solution, lol).
The idea of a protein shake crossed my mind but... I heard it's not good if you're not doing weight training. As in, it can make you gain weight and there are health hazards. I really don't know about that. People always told me to stay away so I'm scared to try now. I do eat protein bars now and then.
I'll definitely try the morning shakes, this seems like a great idea for a quick breakfast too!
I take an edible prior to my meal so I gain an appetite or I force myself to eat.
Honestly, I've been thinking of doing the same but... That's like replacing a bad habit with another one 🥲
How is it a bad habit? Look up information on them. They don't harm you if you don't abuse them.
Hello, well it's not a bad habit per day. I have already tried the non-edible version a few times... But even though I hate it, part of me fell for the propaganda that it's not healthy for your body. I don't care to a certain extent since I never stopped but, the thoughts roam in my head sometimes
