No. Leave them be. It's not worth messing with something that is how it is (in respect to size, width, and overall appearance) for a reason. Evolution and the 'success' or how the human species came to be is thanks to the ability of our genes to adapt to the environment and develop alongside the rest of our body. Meaning... if you're 5'6", you can bet that your feet will be bigger and likely wider than someone who's just barely 5'0. In which case, the taller person is free to surgically alter their feet to make them aesthetically appealing.
At the cost of it having negative impacts on their spin/hips/knees, etc.
(My point being that your feet are wider for a reason. Maybe it's to compensate for something going on that you can't see in your hips, knees, or even just your walking style. If you change the width and amount of weight your feet can comfortably bear, you'll shift how the rest of your body bears your body weight among other things.)

It's best not to change your feet. You may get complications and such things. I have had wide feet, but not anymore (weight loss caused it), and I just adjusted my foot wear to the width of my feet.
If you think you're freakish now, get cosmetic surgery and you'll know what freakish really is.
