Would this diet plan be good?β

1- you're beautiful as you are. Don't feel the need to change your wonderful self unless YOU want to, because other people shouldn't have control over your body ever.
2- that diet isn't going to be beneficial. Sure, counting calories might seem like a good idea because it forces your body to dip into its fat stores to supply energy, but in the long run it's not going to do all that much. The best things you can do in terms of diet is focus on putting healthier, more nutrient-rich foods into your body and cutting down on alcohol and foods with high fat or carb content- plus, it's a lot more fun than counting calories at every meal every day. Also, drink a lot of water!
3- to get the results from your pictures, you're going to want to focus more on targeted strength exercises than cardio, though cardio couldn't hurt either. Using specific exercises and toning in the right areas (ie squats, lunges, pushups, crunches, and the like) will do you better than running for two hours every day and making yourself feel like hell for results that won't make a visible difference for quite some time.

Then don't do pushups or run. Trust me, I feel ya- I'm the same way when I don't work out for a while. Something that got me started was doing the Just Dance workouts on the Wii, which got me my allotted cardio time whilst doing something fun. Even if it's just dancing around your room for an extended period of time listening to music, if it gets your heart rate up it counts as cardio

You're starting at a good place. Staying around 1,400 calories and working out at least a half hour five days a week will build on it. An app like My Fitness Pal can help you keep track. Protein through lean meats, lots of veggies and plenty of fiber are keys.
I honestly wouldn't recommend a 1,200 calories diet to anyone that doesn't need drastic weight loss for medical reasons. I stuck to one for years to be rather thin and then got worn down from it eventually. A sustainable, healthy lifestyle that you enjoy is a great thing to start while young!
Squats and lunges are great for legs and booty, too. Since that seems to be s focal point of your pics.

The thing is is not everyone has the bone structure or the genetics to look like those skinny models. Plus most of those photos are full of photoshop. Instead of trying to look like the pictures just focus on eating healthy and maybe some workouts. You do not have to eat those foods that are on that list, try getting an app like "Lose it!" which will calculate how many calorie you need to eat a day to loose weight. Just remember to never go below 1000 calories a day as that is considered unhealthy
It's a pity you're under 18 because I might get into trouble but I'll say it anyway: you're gorgeous as you are, so if you slim up, make sure it's for health reasons only. I'm doing the same thing. Need to get from 198 lbs to 175 lbs. I'm 5' 8.5". Curious I'm aiming for your starting point.

1 piece of fruit with and between each meal
Breakfast: two sachets of porridge or equivalent
Lunch: chicken/ham/salami sandwich (one round of seeded brown bread)
Dinner: 85g high fat meat, 115g lean meat or 190g fish with 200g rice/pasta or 300g potato
420g to 1 lb. 200g is about 7 oz.

I would advise against eating nuts. You are what you eat and all that. Being nutty myself without eating nuts, I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone planning to have a somewhat normal life. You should eat fruit, like I'm trying to do! You should have seen the banana I had this morning...

Tell me about it! As soon as I announce to the parents I'm going on a diet (which they encourage), they offer me tasty calorific food. Thankfully I live alone and only have two meals from the parents per week. It was worse when I lived with them and worse for my sister now. She's the opposite to me in that she has had treatment for anorexia.

first of all, you're not ugly and fat..
secondly, all you have to do is clean up your diet and do some cardio... cardio is the best way to burn fat.. cardio can include jogging, running, swimming, biking... really whatever gets your heart rate up...
thats how you lose fat.. as far as toning. toning will require light resistance training. dont go too heavy though.. you're not trying to look like a body builder, just do some exercises with light weight and you'll tone right up
Usually a good diet yes, thats probably more important that you're exercising, however exercising shapes you and your diet maintains your body. Good luck x drink lots of water

you should try and avoid all carbs and high fat proteins if you're planning on not doing much exercise. carbs include fruits by the far. vegetable have them too, but not as much as fruits.

just do sports and have a healthy diet and it will turn out fine. if you are motivated and dedicated to it then I have no doubts about that.
