Well first off all your going to have to make peace with this fact, if you exercise your going to lose weight even if that's not your goal, it's just how the body works so even if your only doing ab exercises and eating right your still gonna lost weight.
For the butt *shakes head*
squats
lunges ( either with barbell or a dumbbell works )
are what you want to do.
Abs work them out twice a week once on Monday and the other time on Friday
Bicycles
Crunches
Hanging leg weights
Russian Twists
Ab Curls on a lat tower
These are all good ones to do, at fist I would recommend just doing 3-4 exercises at 3 sets of 10-12 reps and as you get stronger down the line transition into super sets.
If you don't know how to do any of these exercises then go to Bodybuilding. com they have a vast archive of just about every exercise for every body part you can imagine.

Ok Triss! Start by stretching and warm ups (walking, running, bike, etc...). For abs, you're gonna want to work them out not everyday because unlike other muscles they need more time to rest! You can do planks, side planks (left and right) , crunches, twists, leg raises, scisdord, etc... and for your butt, try squats and anything that works out your legs :)

Do not use any supplements... EVER.
They do work but you destroy your liver, kidneys and arteries in expense.
Stick to food. REAL food.
Oh and for Abs, cut your carbs down, but not entirely. Try eating stuff like brown instead Of brown bread too.Your body is prefect and your belly completely flat. I don't like visible abs on girls so I'd say just do the minimum to stay in shape :p
Just burpee and squat thrust until you want to die.
