Trending & News you should try and eat close to or at least the daily amount of calories a person your age should eat. the meals and exercise should help you lose weight
the problem with getting less than the required calories is that your body requires the calories to fuel the body. without that fuel certain things may suffer resulting in a larger health impact... especially if you plan to be very active. a very active woman should eat 2400 calories per day, 2200 for moderate activity and 2000 for inactive... but your caloric intake does depend heavily on your personal body size. generally they say you need 14 calories per pound for an active person and 12 per pound for an inactive person (so if your goal was say 120lbs you wanna get close to 1700 calories per day)
so you could calculate your goal weight and then eat calories accordingly
Doesn't look a balanced diet. Loads of websites will tell you how to balance the 5 food types. Carbs, fruit and veg, protein, fats and dairy.
You should have about 1500-1800 cals a day.
Walking or running good.
That's not healthy period. No adult woman should ideally have under 1,200 calories a day. You need to have a balanced, nutritional diet paired with proper exercise, otherwise the weight you lose will not only not be done in a healthy manner, but if you go back to eating normally (which you will inevitably have to do) you could risk just gaining the weight back.
Don't try for a quick fix, it leads down to darker paths and temporary results.
Fill in with a Snack before Dinner and before Bed, here, dear, that's Healthy and Drink Plenty of Water. This will Add up to 1200 and a bit more so you can still Stay on Track.
If you Lose it Too quick, it is a Known Fact.. The Fat will be Back.
Good luck. xx

I'd say double the calorie amount. You're gonna damage your metabolism with 900 cals a day. Also your diet needs to be balanced. You need healthy fats and some grains. Best of luck
900 calories is very low and is only sustainable in the short term. Yes you will lose weight quickly.
You'll lose muscle too if you try and keep it up in the long term.
Have a bigger breakfast, it will help you get through the day with more energy
yea but incorporate some strength training to replace the fat with muscle which raises your metabolism. like weights or aerobics
900 cals is too few, body will go into starvation mode and will cling to body fat
You are not getting enough nutrition with such a small amount of food.
Weight, BMI? Number of calories burned during cardio?
Why aren't you lifting?
bmi : 18.1
weight : 103.6
around 100 calories
i dont know why i am not lifting
You're 5'3" or 5'4"?
That puts you as "underweight." If you want to safely cut additional weight without drugs, you're going to have to see some professionals and gain some weight.
Your BMR is about 1,340 calories. The diet and exercise routine you're proposing will put you about five hundred calories below what you need to stay your current weight, and you'll lose a pound a week (7*500= 3,500). The kind of weightloss at your BMI will decrease your immune system, and you'll be vulnerable to colds/flu and other diseases.
If you see a sports physician, you can learn how to maintain your health while you cut weight. The classic technique for people who are very low weight is not to cut calories and do cardio, but to build muscle. Because you're female, it's very hard for you to build muscle and look masculine and strong. But the muscle you do add will burn more calories, even while you sleep.
You're going to have to spend money and learn to get what you want.
You'll be able to eat mor
Good you'll lose a lot really fast.
No need to go below 1200 cal.
but i can never hit 1200 on normal days, im just not that hungry
You want to lose body fat, not loose it.
