This week I started running every other day for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours after dinner. And on the days I take a rest I would walk for 2 to 4 hours. I also try to eat 1500 calories or less a day. But I still feel like I'm not losing any weight. I measured, I'm still the exact same weight. And yes when I run I do sweat. Also, after running for 4 hours, my legs would feel dead and I would feel like I can't walk anymore, and it would last for like a few days. How do I exercise on those days where I take a rest? Also, any ideas on what should I eat in the morning? Lunch? Dinner? Examples please! It would also be helpful if you add pictures. Cause I'm always starving. And I'm so afraid of eating a piece of bread. I also feel fat everyday, and often when I feel fat; I would run, but my legs literally can't stand up and when I can't exercise it makes me really anxious and I feel really uncomfortable like I'm about to gain weight or something. Any tips on a daily routine I could do? I want to change my routine a bit, because I don't think this is suppose to happen. I also want to change my eating style a bit too, I want to keep it 1500 calories or less a day though still. I just want better food examples. Thanks! :) Also if you have a story on how you lost weight, share it please! :) I know I just started this but I feel like I should change it because I'm literally dead right now. I just started this routine 7 days ago. And yes I did stick to it.
